STM’s strike scheduled for 25 May 2025 cancelled by the Labour Tribunal (TAT). They judged the essential services to be insufficient.

As a result, it suspends the Syndicat du transport de Montréal (CSN) from exercising its right to strike until it can be demonstrated, to the satisfaction of the Tribunal, that essential services will be sufficiently maintained in the event of a strike.

Heute endet die diesjährige Sitzung des Rechtsunterausschuss des UN-Weltraumausschusses. In den letzten zwei Wochen wurde in Wien viel diskutiert und intensiv verhandelt, unter anderem der von DEU initiierte Vorschlag eine "Study Group on legal and policy aspects of space traffic" einzurichten. Es war mir eine Ehre und eine Freude, daran mitzuwirken.
