It's busy in the paint shop with primer jobs for 3 kits going on...
I'm really happy I got the #Hustler going again as I am now nearing the moment of mounting its four engines 
and next up after that will be primering the whole bird.

Another kit finished, the Airfix AW Seahawk 1/72 scale.It's an older kit, the moulds date back to 1957(!) and it shows. Still, it's a really pretty looking aircraft. Had a few issues with decals, the "ace of diamonds" on the side is practically translucent but it looks ok in the end.

After being taken out by #sciatica 
for a solid week, I was finally able to get the main coats of these two done...
I did the hawk with semigloss to have a more glossy finish after the final varnish.

@TheNovemberMan @FlyPastRush Airfix are nice kits indeed, and those instructions among the best I've seen.
I'm about to start an Airfix kit too; my first kit of 2025. Can't really decide between the #Buccaneer and the #Canberra though...

Final build of 2024 is nearing completion: this French Mirage 2000-5 from 'Opération Harmattan'. Decals are on, so on to the final layer of varnish, finishing the canopy inside and final assembly

Putting this big boy on hold for a while.... getting a bit frustrated with the (lack of) progress... all the filling, sanding, more sanding and rescribing...
Needed to get a quick one in from the stash, and the #QuintaStudio decals for the Mirage 2000 just came in... so..., that quickly derailed into another intake trunk #3Dprinting upgrade project... 
Because the Kinetic solution is hideous, which is odd when their Mirage III series does have full intake trunking.

Working on The Headless Horseman #scalemodel from Tim Burton's Sleepy Hollow.
I have all I want cemented together for now (the Horseman isn't actually attached). I typically use a combo of #Tamiya Extra Thin cement and MEK to weld the parts together.
I also have a batch of sprue-goo dissolving down now for some of the gaps. The it'll be two part filler and maybe some putty.
Today our last beloved F-16's are doing a farewell tour over the Netherlands before being thrust into war in Ukraine...

This specimen is the J-063: our only F-16 with a confirmed air-to-air kill in action over Bosnia, with a little MIG-29 marking below the canopy . I hope it gets to kill many more MIG's.
It's one of my older kits, and not one of my best builds 
I still hand-painted the birds back then.
