The Ring in general was an odd season

Nobody had a remotely reasonable reaction to this thing and once old space pirate finally decides to do what they probably should have done at first blush, now it's all "wait that will kill all life"

Sounds like it's the fault of the time gap but disappointed we didn't get more Crazy Alien Crap from the Strange Dog Planet (there are too many names in this show I can't remember shit ok)

The Protomolecule, The Ring, and The Planet Miller Kills (I forget the name) were awkward Big Bads to go through.

We go from "fucking nuke it" being the solution to "holy shit do NOT nuke it we will ALL die" then right back to "yeah nuke it"

I guess it wasn't meant to be a Moral Story like in Star Trek but still odd imo

The Void - Dark sci-fi space opera.

S03E07 - Redemption

The HDR Liberator continues to work on saving the Naled colony from the ravages of a disease, but the Naled are understandably paranoid of humanity after the genocide perpetrated upon them.

Following the brutal assassination of his colleague, Yiu Quon unmasks the traitor on Yeung Corporation’s Executive Directorate.

I finished reading The Big Time by Fritz Leiber

I don't think I understood a single complete paragraph from it, and yet I kinda liked it?

What a strange book, and it got the Hugo award back in the 50s, I am so intrigued by it I'll probably read a summary about what was even going on lol
