That friend in a toxic relationship? You can't get her out until she is ready to get out. She has to find her own path in life.<br>33. Bad hair day? Wear a tank top on your head like a turban. Also a solution for avoiding baggage fees.<br>34. When you don't manage to keep your plants alive, remember that they are not sentient beings.<br>35. Get a snip.<br>36. Get a coil. The one with hormones that also stops the bleeding and associated agony.<br>37. Use a private phone separate from your company's phone. Set do-not-disturb mode on the company's phone on weekends and workdays from 8PM to 8AM. Or from 5PM to 9AM.<br>38. Cancel streaming service subscriptions and get creative.<br>39. Go no-contact with those who drain the life out of you.<br>40. To quote my HS ethics teacher: "It's not good to eat too much chocolate, but 100g a day is perfectly fine."<br>41. Feel free to be naked in your home. But do have a broomstick handy for when your neighbours fly a drone by your window!<br>42. Use a dark background for your Office documents.<br>43. Declutter. Clothes, stuff, human relationships... <br>44.
