thezerobitNot sure what to do about my eternal winter cold (started a month ago when the temp dropped into the 30s F). I've replaced all the filters in my air purifiers (3) and central heating, washed everything (yes, I have allergy covers on the mattress and pillows), so the air in my house should be pretty close to allergen-free. I'm running a humidifier 24/7. My lips are no longer getting chapped, so I think that's working.
