Do other folks have a wonky #signal experience over the last days too? Not sure if just one of our devices is acting up or if signal has some problems with stability.
A load of old groups are popping up, like 20-30. On my end as message requests, because I deleted them already.
And some messages, maybe mostly reactions, are delayed, for some hours in some cases.

Many people on the #IETF wifi networks in Madrid are running into problems using @signalapp. My hypothesis is that the large number of users in a small number of IPv6 /64s is triggering some rate-limiting. Does #Signal have the ability to apply reputation and rate-limits on a /128 basis for specific /64s? (Clearly future IETFs should use /64-per-host as @abhayakara pointed out on the mailing list.)
