To improve well-being and get rid of sleepiness, somnologists advise getting up with the first alarm and leaving the bedroom to help the body understand that the bedroom is just for rest. This will gradually improve sleep quality and overall well-being. Staying in bed after waking up disrupts circadian rhythms and leads to fatigue. #Wellness #SleepQuality

Reaching out for advice on chronic #insomnia. I've tried behavioral strategies, time-release melatonin, red lights, tightened up my schedule, CBN. Prescription sleep aids are ineffective with bad side effects.

I can usually fall asleep fairly easily, but wake up frequently, and sleep quality is poor. Grasping at straws now. Can't stay functional.

Any new advice would be welcome.
