Encore un bel enfumage. Et dire qu'un temps je pensais que le concept de "démocratie directe" avec représentation était un truc viable. En fait c'est surtout une belle carotte pour les autoritaires qui veulent se faire passer pour des démocrates. Au final ça leur sert à te la mettre à l'envers en te disant que t'étais d'accord puisqu'ils avaient "consulté".
