Feeling really frustrated and overwhelmed lately. The job hunt has been tough, and dealing with the lack of protections for medical cannabis just adds to the stress. It’s hard to stay motivated when I’m constantly exhausted and feeling like I’m not good enough. The loneliness in this struggle is real, and it’s taking a toll on me.

Maybe it's just me but I resent the fact you're "supposed to" use hashtags, they inherently carry so much baggage. I can write: "something something PSPACE #compsci" but I can't help immediately reading it as "something something PSPACE #icecream #mandatorygrouppic #blessed #squadgoals #justsaying #sorrynotsorry #likeforlike #struggleisreal"

As a fellow photographer, I both feel your pain & encourage you to look into some of the challenges software developers struggle with. There are fellow artists on the #Fediverse, & there are lots of art creators & presentation-focused users.
Pixels exist & different devices have different resolutions, so developers get stuck using presentation solutions that are compromises. Generally giving the artist #MoreTools & control is a good thing, & that control requires some developer to actually code the solution.
You shouldn't be expected to code your own answers; that is not where I'm inclined. You may want to ask for a new #Feature & provide suggestions, donations, & #Support for the tools we already have. Maybe look for someone who has the coding experience & a willingness to help develop the solution you're looking for.
If you need help with any of that there are good-minded individuals. We know the #StruggleIsReal.
Switched from one generic med to another and now my brain chemistry is hilariously out of balance. Austin Traffic this morning didn't exactly help.
So, as autistic burnout continues to climb at an ever increasing rate and the company continues to implement abrupt hurtful (for the employee) change after abrupt hurtful change I might get fired this week…
