Eine Woche #TYPO3 Community Codesprint schon rum. Mit tollen Leuten Dinge vorangebracht: CKEditor Update, RTE Placeholder (was ein Rabbithole), CI Dokurendering, MIME Types-Checks, einige Dokumentationsupdates und viel viel geredet.
Mir bringen diese Events einen grossen Boost an Motivation und Gemeinschaft. Danke an alle!

Nachdem ich vor einiger Zeit schon einen Blick auf die Webseiten der Ämter geworfen habe, habe ich die Untersuchung nun auf amtsfreien Gemeinden, Städte und Kreise ausgeweitet. Die Frage ist wieder: Mit welcher Software werden diese Webseiten erstellt?
I've noticed that the list of required skills for members of the #TYPO3 Association Board in the election announcement at https://typo3.org/article/election-2025-we-are-looking-for-candidates-for-board-and-business-control-committee does not include these skills:
- communication skills
- emotional competence
- empathy
- democratic leadership (e.g., consultative, participative or collaborative leadership, as opposed to more top-down leadership)
Also, reliability is not listed as a requirement.
I find this problematic.
Good #OpenSource projects are #CivilSociety organizations of #peace and #democracy. 
The #TYPO3 community elects all members of its association’s Board and Business Control Committee.
