Time for a new #introduction post.

Hiya. 👋 I'm Dreadful Sanity aka Mel, a level 47 gamer from Germany. #Videogames keep me basically from going completely crazy and therefore alive. I'm #disabled, suffering from debilitating #migraines most days of the week. I also have #ADHD which means my brain is usually going all over the place. And last but not least, there is some #BPD mixed into the mess that I am. Beware of that.

Highly suspicious that in these, you know, times, EA has chosen to release content that's clearly intended for Pride Month... in April.
I'm guessing to avoid scrutiny in June ? Or because they know another EO is coming ? In any case, I can only see it as a sign that there will be nothing for Pride Month this year coming from EA. It's a type of "obeying in advance" that I hadn't seen yet from a company : we still support... but we also do it when it's less symbolic.

A screenshot of the 20 new assets added to The Sims 4 in a free update yesterday, most of them featuring pride-colored clothes or items, or, at the very least, queer-coded content (like a new type of drag-like makeup, shown her on a male-looking frame).

This is wild, Burglars after being missing in The Sims 4 for so long are back! It's weird that I low-key wanted this mechanic to make a comeback; there's a lot of pack specific interactions and reactions, it seems they've been working on Burglars for a very long time. This will bring a big goodwill boost for The Sims 4 Devs when the new Businesses and Hobbies Expansion Pack is delivered to us in a broken state. ROFL, I am too cynical for my own good! 😂 :yell:

I got s'more time in Cult of the Lamb today and must say, I absolutely love that game. It's so very unique.

About to finish 'Younger' on Netflix, then dive into The Sims 4 to complete the challenge(s).

Decided to pick a game to play that is untouched starting Friday, February 14th. Valentine's Day, that's right. 'Where The Water Tastes Like Wine'. Got it for free on Epic ages ago.

I've also been enjoying Terraria with my hunny.

What's everyone playing these days OR are you touching grass? Warm temps here today, but 35-40 MPH winds have arrived. Bai trash can. Was nice knowing you.

LMAO Felix had a bucket list goal of befriending, fighting, or WooHooing with a 3-Star or more Celebrity...I had Felix woo the local bad boy, Thorne Bailey, who is known to have a bad reputation and is a 4-Star Celebrity.

While the UI for the goal didn't update after scoring with that bad boy Thorne...Felix got credit for completing the Unfinished Business Bucket List.

Since they are a poly couple, Sheldon is not going to feel jealous about Felix's hook-up. Sheldon might end up doing the same with Thorne at a later date! ROFL Sharing is caring, after all!

There's also an event going on involving a Sim from a past The Sims title. I'll have to get my Sims busy on completing that event as there are so many little cosmetic and gameplay rewards associated with participation.
