notforsale ground station<p>If you open <span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://mastodon.social/@tinygs" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">@<span>tinygs</span></a></span> web console, you will find the radiating map as below. from the heatmap we can find out the radiation pattern of the antenna we are using and the distribution of the satellite that the lora board receives.</p><p>after i double checked, i realized that there is an altitude difference between 137mhz and 433 mhz satellites. 433 satellites like <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/gaofen" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>gaofen</span></a> 21,22,23,24 operate at 800km. norby at 550km. while 137 satellites like <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/starlink" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>starlink</span></a> and <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/spacebee" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>spacebee</span></a> are at 300-500km.</p><p><a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/tinygs" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>tinygs</span></a></p>
