Today at 12:15PM: Water Watchers Mid-Day Coffee Break. This is a difficult time to be alive and to bear witness to. In order to take the action and engage in service to support life, it's important to also take time to grieve and breathe and ground ourselves for next steps. Join Water Watchers for a mid-day coffee break to support one another in feeling all that is present. waterwatchers.ca/coffee_break_ #toronto

Water WatchersMid-Day Coffee BreakEmpowering people to work in solidarity towards social justice through the unifying lens of water

Yesterday, I met this sad young fox at the U of T campus. He'd collapsed under a shrub, panting. But he got up and wobbled his way over to a nearby pond for a drink. I stayed with him and called the city. He's now at the Toronto Wildlife Centre.

They've cared for more than 2300 critters this year, and have nearly 500 at their clinic today. They're funded mostly by donation.

Please consider injecting some positivity into the world by donating. I did.

TTC A6-Class All-Electric PCC 4338 sits beside A7-Class PCCs 4423 and 4432 between runs at Lansdowne Carhouse on April 3, 1965.

Even though it's another ten months before the Bloor-Danforth subway opens, note the destination sign on PCC 4338.
