@Tutanota

Was mir auf Anhieb fehlt:
Keine Terminerinnerungen vom abonnierten Kalender

Well then, let me give a tip of the hat to another splendid European app @Tutanota The team behind this one is doing a bang-up job, and they deserve a pat on the back. I've personally given their email app a whirl, and they've got a calendar app too. It's the perfect blend of usability, privacy, and security, all without costing an arm and a leg. Absolutely top-notch, and I wholeheartedly recommend giving it a go.

Tuta mail question:

I'm trying out tuta mail with the free tutamail.com domain.

Gmail puts mails from that address in spam, and I see ipqualityscore.com/domain-repu
lists it as
"Risk Summary
Suspicious - IPQS threat network has noticed elevated levels of abuse from this domain — however, this domain is shared by many good quality users as well. We recommend performing email verification on individual accounts for better accuracy."

Anyone have advice about this?
(I know how to whitelist domains in Gmail, but it's not practical to expect all possible people I need to email to do that)
