Oh god. #United has been playing ads for 10 minutes on the seat back screens while we wait to start taxiing.
Also they now require me to put my credit card in when I check in (so they can auto charge for my bag and also try to make me buy things in flight).
Also they spite assigned me a middle seat for not paying for a different seat. The aisle seat next to me is open. Needless to say I scooted over.
I fucking hate capitalism.

So angry at #United Airlines. We’ve had problems before getting my wife a requested gluten allergy meal on long flights. This time, I called Premier support three days in advance of our flight and had them positively confirm to me that the GF meal had been requested.

Got to the gate for our 9 hour flight and - oh, there’s no request in the system for a special meal! And probably too late to contact the caterer, but we’ll try…

WTAF, United? I am livid.
