I know I’m definitely at the point where, with a little more than 21 years in, two deployments, one to an active combat zone in northern Iraq and later losing my oldest son over there), if some asshole with a MAGA hat on and with something like a “Trump 2024” sticker on their vehicle says to me “Thank you for your service,” I tell ‘em to fuck way off.
