I finally opened all my vinyls after some of them sitting in their boxes for years. Not pictured is Silver & Gold by Sufjan Stevens cuz there’s other stuff in that box and I don’t want to have to figure out what to with it.

(names and artist in alt text cuz character limits)

Well, I got the CD up onto elasticStage a short while ago. Already spotted some typos in the blurb! 😂 But knackered now so it can wait. Next is to get the vinyl version done but need a bit of artwork tweaking and other 'stuff' first... anyway here it is. Basically they mfg and ship CD or vinyl 'on demand', like POD published books are done. Smart idea 👍🎵

My wife put me on espresso machine duty. I put on this record to set a coffee shop mood. I love some jazz in the morning.

Bill Evans - Momentum

This well-recorded concert from 1972 was in the hands of a private collector for years, and finally released 12 years ago or so. MOV put out this release on black vinyl, and will be re-releasing it on blue vinyl soon.

While the "classic" Evans trio is Evans/LaFaro/Motian, Eddie Gomez (bass) and Marty Morell (drums) are great on this.

STILL a fantastic sounding album!
North American versions of this album (U.S., Canada) had this cover, and most others had the cover illustration of them at the dinner table in the middle of the desert. I have both, but this was the first one I ever owned. The cover is a little rough, but the record is still near flawless.

A supergroup featuring dudes from The Damned, Dead Boys, Sham 69 and The Barracudas; this album is FULL of killer tunes. I like it better than ANY of the albums from the bands each member comes from.

“Open Your Eyes” is the absolute jam.
