Harald Kliems<p>Williamson Street in <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/MadisonWI" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>MadisonWI</span></a> has two identities: It's a chill street with local businesses, restaurants, and medium-density housing. But for 1.5 h in the morning and 1.5 h in the afternoon, it becomes a car commuter thoroughfare, with the parking lane turned into a travel lane.
