floVielleicht sollte ich umschulen. Weg von reinem IT-Support, weil ich denke, dass der Bereich in den nächsten Jahren zu einem großen Teil von "KI-Voice-Agents" übernommen werden wird, insbesondere im heutigen "First-Level-Support". Die Sprachausgabe wird so gut, dass KI-generierte Sprache nicht mehr vom Sprachfluss und Stimmmodulation eines echten Menschen unterschieden werden kann - selbst mit lokalen Dialekten! Und auch die technische Anbindung dürfte trivial werden. Insbesondere für so Standard-Anfragen (bspw. im Support eines Onlineshops, nach einer Bestellung): "Wo ist mein Paket?" KI-Antwort: "Gib mir mal bitte Deine Bestellnummer, dann schaue ich mal, wo es steckt." --- "Warum dauert der Versand so lange?" KI-Antwort: "Ich habe bei dem Versender xyz angefragt und deren KI hat mir mitgeteilt, dass Dein Paket zum Nachverpacken ins Paketzentrum xxx gesendet wurde. Dadurch verzögert sich der Versand leider etwas, was ich sehr bedaure." --- "Kann ich meine Rechnung nochmal bekommen?" KI-Antwort: "Klar, gib mir mal deine Bestellnummer, dann sende ich sie an die dort hinterlegte Mail-Adresse." Ich könnte aus meiner damaligen Arbeit noch Hunderte Beispiele anbringen, die locker von einer KI bearbeitet werden könnten. Vielleicht sollte ich "KI-Prompt-Engineer" werden. Oder einen "KI-Voice-Assistenten" schulen ... Schöne neue Arbeitswelt! But suddenly my debian docker host can't resolve DNS. Just last night I did a <code>docker pull</code> and everything was fine. Now <code>docker pull</code> results in an error.No biggie. Normally I'd just reboot it. But I can hear my teenager playing online games with his friends, and if I reboot that system and the pihole doesn't come back, he will kill me.
