Sean BalaLast Saturday we were in West Loop late at night. As we went a friend's car, I looked up and saw this sight. It is one of those times I wish I had a really good night camera.<br> <br> For those who might not know, the lower flag is the great flag of Chicago. It is one of THE most iconic symbols of the city.
