If a dust storm arises around your area, and you have asthma or COPD, check the air quality and your O2 regularly.
I should have worn a mask during the storm but I did not.
Just had to nebulize hours after the storm had passed.
(And thank heavens my pulmonologist keeps me prepared with meds for these kinds of events.)

Please, if you have #asthma, make sure you carry an in-date inhaler and a written treatment plan agreed with your asthma nurse. Asthma kills four people a day in the UK. It can strike without warning and it's seriously frightening. The worst asthma attack I ever had came out of the blue six months after my first dose of #Covid. #Ventolin just bounced off it and didn't help at all. I never want to go through that again.
Fortunately, the heat pump installer came through this attack and, today, she's as right as rain.
