In a lifelong line of research, I have read many articles from nineteenth-century antislavery journals such as The Liberator (Boston) and the Herald of Freedom (Concord NH). What Trump's Gestapo is doing is precisely the same as what the slavocracy did in the mid-19th century. PRECISELY THE SAME! If this and the arrest of a judge does not scare you half to death, you're not paying attention. This is grim business and it must be stopped. And yet a search last evening and this morning through a variety of political posts found only two things talking about it: - outrage from my Member of Congress, Becca Balint, and a very poorly edited quote from Jamie Raskin. The article barely scratches the surface but it is fantastically better than anything else I have seen. Google News this morning all but buried the story of the arrest of a judge, though once I dug deep enough it is where I came across the Axios article. It should not be necessary to dig to read about NAZI Don's dictatorial takeover of the United States of America.
The dictator, Donald Trump, has brought us MAJOR TROUBLE. This is no exaggeration. It is going to be necessary to call on the people to come to the rescue of our country. Please see the attached quote from the first widely-circulated message from the Republican Party in its earliest days. It is beyond imagining how the Republican Party could have decayed away so extremely far from its origins.
