#ECHR Finds Ukraine Responsible for Odessa Massacre”

by Kit Klarenberg in Global Delinquents on Substack

“On March 13th, a bombshell judgment by the European Court of Human Rights found the Ukrainian government guilty of grave #human #rights #breaches over the May 2nd 2014 Odessa massacre, in which dozens of Russian-speaking anti-Maidan activists were forced into the city’s Trade Unions House and burned alive”

Forestry Corporation NSW logs 1.44 hectares within Bindarri National Park

"Bindarri National Park is home to birds, wallabies, possums, quolls, koalas, platypus, owls and bats. It lies next to Orara West State Forest, which Forestry Corporation manages and it claims the error was made because a timber plantation that sits on the border was rezoned and split between the two parks in 1999."

A "penalty will likely further hit the beleaguered state-owned company’s bottom line – on Friday, it revealed its native forestry business has lost $29 million over a single year. It said a key reason for its woes was legal action and protests against its operations. Although Victoria and Western Australia have shut down their state-owned logging companies, the Minns government has backed Forestry Corporation, which controversially logs endangered koala and greater glider habitat."

Just my luck to be working on a kiberphant0m profile on the same day as Krebs 😂 The threat actor has had a very busy year; victims have included the NSA, Verizon, AT&T, Snowflake, critical infrastructure in China, Ukraine, a UK bank, and Indian and Asian telcos. Thanks to the Cyble dark web research team for their great work and help.

The government promised a koala national park. Then their loggers moved in

"Logging inside the Great Koala National Park assessment area is four times more intense when measured by area than in nearby state forests outside the park, and environmentalists say the targeted areas are wreaking maximal environmental damage...New analysis suggests the NSW government’s own logging arm is trashing the forest inside the proposed park." >>
