I made an extremely pleasing 'sludge' the other day, where the core ingredients were pearl barley, butter beans and cashew nuts (not salted/roasted. Their three flavours really blended well!
I went with a mild Indian spicy-ness with plenty of chopped leeks, onion and garlic, but I think the core combo would work with anything really... It was most yummy if I do say so myself... and I do!

@GrrlScientist Actually, there is #crueltyfree cheese.

It's from cows, which have been rescued or freed from the milk industry and because they have pain if they don't get milked, people milk them and use the milk to sell it or make other products out of it.

This #milk is really expensive and "normal" people wouldn't buy it, but people who still want the milk of another mother (which I don't get), but it's still better than raping cows all day long.

The reason why those #animals have pain and why they give milk a long time after the last birth, is, because humans degenerated the species so much for their own needs, that they couldn't live a normal life without being dependent on humans.

The best #cheese is no cheese. No human needs it! But if you need some kind of methadone to get rid of your drug, I recommend trying #vegan #Camembert made out of #cashews
