A new short film is here.... Even I can't keep up with which one is my newest short film. I rushed to finish this so asto fully focus on The Night Dancer, then forgot to post about it as I was shooting. So here it is, #FearTheFlower the story of a cheating husband who turns into a monster.

I think I'm done modeling and coloring in SDF Modeler. Gave him a little blush to make him more alive.
Going to port it to Blender now, and will make a rendering in there tomorrow. To be continued…

Stylized head modeling update…
I think the finish is close now. This is a rendering inside SDF Modeler, but when the model is finished, I'll export it to Blender for a LuxCore rendering.

Modeling the stylized head has continued…
As you can see, SDF Modeling mainly exists of cutting and blending primitive shapes. SDF Modeler includes multiple iterations of nested shapes, for complex compound Booleans.

It's an interesting exploration of possible shapes in SDF Modeler. Grouped primitives for compound Booleans are definitely essential here.

A little Mario update, made using SDF Modeler. He's got some hair now.
I'm procrastinating between short bursts of modeling, so this one isn't completed as fast as it could be.
The great iPad 3D sculpting tool Nomad Sculpt is now available as a public beta version for macOS and Windows.

It's the easiest forge to self-host but if you don't have an online server or a small vps, a cheap web hosting with #cgi support (the ones that often comes for free when you but a domain name) is enough!
