This stairway leads to the service tunnel under the 15th Street Market-Frankford El station platform. I've never seen it lit before and am very curious to see what's under there. Unfortunately, or fortunately, the stairwell gate was locked.
Also, my OCD is triggered by the off center placement of the overhead stairs.
