So, the authorities claim someone from the back of crowd of protesters “threw something” at the National Guard and DHS officers, and so they responded with pepper spray.

Now the crowd is in the street, so they will be considered an obstruction to be rid of (as they obstruct traffic) (?)

THE NATIONAL GUARD PUSHED THEM ONTO THE STREET AND THEN PEPPER SPRAYED THEM LIVE ON TV.

…media reported dozens of people were taken into custody during the raids, the latest in a series of such sweeps conducted in cities as part of #Trump's extensive crackdown on #immigration.

The #LAPD did not take part in the immigration #raids. It was deployed to quell civil unrest after crowds protesting the #deportation raids spray-painted anti-#ICE slogans on the walls of a federal court bldg & massed outside a nearby jail where some of the detainees were believed to be held.
