In several government agencies - including the #DHS, the #DOJ & the #DoD - managers told employees they would have to undergo #LieDetector tests, or #polygraphs, after unclassified information was reported in the media, 6 government workers told Reuters.
#Polygraph results are rarely used as evidence in U.S. courts because of doubts surrounding their reliability.
Ed Martin in clip played on MSNBC's The Weekend announces #DOJ's intent to libel people they don't like when they don't have the evidence to prosecute them: they will "name & shame them" anyway.
