Die Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz in NRW, Bettina Gayk, hat eine Warnung herausgegeben, laut der diese Praxis "aus Datenschutzgesichtspunkten nicht hinzunehmen ist", zumal den Dienststellen polizeieigene datenschutzkonforme Alternativen zur Verfügung stehen.

The @nytimes.com is claiming that a "billion Euro fine" would be on its way under the #DSA on #X based on "The fine could surpass $1 billion, one person said", @satariano.bsky.social reports. This is going to be confusing, but I strongly doubt it.
