You control what you write — you don’t need to include a disclaimer to leave yourself wiggle room just in case

Just saw this error in a "professional" article and I've been seeing it quite a bit lately, so here's your sporadic reminder that "every day" means something that's done daily (eg. "She writes every day.") whereas "everyday" means it's common or standard ("Coffee was part of her everyday routine.")
