Today’s recovery run was an experiment - 15 mins in the treadmill 7.1; 1.75 miles, and then 30 minutes on the elliptical 3.5 miles. Works out to something like 8.5ish km, pretty chill. I’m gonna go have a bath now.
4x30 min elliptical session.
14.46 miles 23.14 km roughly. 145-160bpm heart rate through the session. 5 min warmup at 6 resist, 70rpm Stuck to the plan and then did 7 res at 75rpm more or less the whole time.
First set powered off while I was trying to take a pic, 3.54, It’s not accurate anyways :/
Turned out to be a decent workout since I don’t want to blow out my knees before the new year even starts. This is a decent alternative for easy long runs I guess. #running #elliptical #cardio
I listen to this album every day for my #elliptical #workouts. It’s the perfect tempo (140 - 160 bpm) and the uplifting anthems motivate me. It keeps my heart in the 120-140 bpm zone for the duration.

today, I completed 35 minutes in one go, on mix of levels 2 to 8 (2,4,6,8,8,6,4,2) resistance, equivalent to #running 3km on #Crosstrainer #elliptical. current goal is to avg. 6km/h. #Cardio #fitness #proudofmyself

Watched the first part during my #workout and wow - it's a pure #actionmovie from the jump and a whole lot of fun - really made my workout fly by..
Now I'm torn on finishing it off tonight or saving the other half for tomorrow's #elliptical time.
But so far, nothing but #ThumbsUp from me! 
Holodia has created some amazing environments to work out in. Running in crystal and fungi caves is quite an experience.
Nothing like a jog in evening Paris, complete with sewer alligators, rock concert, and a good boy accompanying you.
I can't tell you how much more pleasant it is to use a new #elliptical instead of a 15-year-old elliptical. I look forward to working out now!

I used to run nearly everyday. I love to run. Since I got pregnant with my first child I have only gone out running a handful of times and never to the gym.
Well my daughter and I went on our first run together today at the gym and let me tell you, it was my best run ever.
