Unfortunately, a further recommendation is to use the Sony flashing tool, Emma, to downgrade the Android version. Emma only runs on Windows. I don't have a Windows PC. So, I will either need to borrow a Windows PC, or try it with Virtualbox/Qemu.

I suspect borrowing a Windows PC might be the easiest route.

I’d like to share these beautiful printings of Jane‘s novels with you

The picture shows the covers of the books Emma (left), Pride and Prejudice (centre) and Sense and Sensibility (right). Cover Emma is pink, with each letter of the title printed in large gold. The E is decorated with green apples, the two Ms with strawberry vines, the A with pale blue orrises. Cover Pride and Prejudice in lime green with abstract animal and flower designs in pink, pale blue and green. The title and a small manor house in the centre are printed in shiny gold. Cover Sense and Sensibility in dark blue, the title is printed in curved gold lettering, surrounded by numerous flowers in shades of red, pink, yellow and purple.

@26pglt Yes! ... & alas, no. By 1/2way thru, when i first tooted, i was already alarmed at the excessive pace of this interpretation, & the numerous omissions, but tried to stiff upper lip my way above it. However, the final quarter simply went beyond the pale, & sapped my pleasure, when it had the temerity to actually just make stuff up that Jane never wrote... as well as continuing to omit stuff. So overall, though a promising start, it ended in my disappointment. Bwaaaaaah.
