Wall<p>I feel like one of the important things to notice and use in how I’m learning to live a healthier digital life is to determine if a technology is enveloping or enveloped—so if a tech forces me into its realm rather than being a useful tool in *my* realm, it’s to be avoided or tightly controlled from my end.
