When was the last time that you took your cup of tea from a different perspective?

This is one of my ceramic coffee mugs.

It can withstand extremely high temperatures making it perfectly suitable for tea. If I would want to melt metal in it it would not be any problem {not really you can just put the molten metal in it}

On the link you can read a little about ceramics and about the power that they have when withstanding extreme Heat!

I'm not going to tell you that tea is better than your coffee, or that coffee is better than tea, I mean how long will you live, 90 years? then you're very lucky, 70 years? that may be about the average, 60 years? that means you're having a lot of fun, 50 years? that means you have had too much fun, whatever it is drink what you like, and be blissful in the moment just like me

Obesity Unraveled: Scientists Propose Unifying Theory
New research proposes fructose as the key driver of obesity, unifying various dietary theories. The “fructose survival hypothesis” suggests that fructose consumption depletes active energy and hinders appetite control, thereby contributing to an energy imbalance that promotes weight gain. This new perspective could guide more effective obesity prevention and management approaches.

SciTechDaily · Obesity Unraveled: Scientists Propose Unifying TheoryRecent research led by CU Anschutz researcher Richard Johnson, MD, unifies a number of hypotheses behind the dietary cause of obesity that once seemed incompatible. For a long time, nutrition specialists have understood that Western eating patterns, which are high in fats and sugars, might be a con

Obesity and the fructose survival hypothesis:

“Fructose is unique in resetting ATP levels to a lower level in the cell as a consequence of suppressing mitochondrial function, while blocking the replacement of ATP from fat.”

“obesity is a disorder of energy metabolism, in which there is low usable energy (ATP) in the setting of elevated total energy. This leads to metabolic effects independent of excess energy while the excess energy drives weight gain.”

Excessive Fructose Metabolism Explains Obesity and Epidemics of Obesity-Associated Diseases: Study
The fructose survival hypothesis proposes that obesity and metabolic disorders may have developed from over-stimulation of an evolutionary-based biologic response (survival switch) that aims to protect animals in advance of crisis.

The latter downward slope is a gradual detoxification of high-fructose corn syrup (fructose-glcuose), i.e. FRUCTOSE (processed foods); metabolically toxic at modern levels, & likely key contributor to morbid obesity epidemic.
