Bridge&Tunnel Jeff<p>I know it's early, but if you're an NYC voter this November vote for Zohran Mamdani on the Working Families party line, not the Democratic party's.</p><p>Due to fusion voting, he gets either added to his total but this way you support the small party most responsible for his victory. And it will help a third party Cuomo tried to kill grow in relevance as an alternative.</p><p><a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electoral_fusion_in_the_United_States" rel="nofollow noopener" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electora</span><span class="invisible">l_fusion_in_the_United_States</span></a></p><p><a href="https://mas.to/tags/nywfp" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>nywfp</span></a> <a href="https://mas.to/tags/wfp" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>wfp</span></a> <a href="https://mas.to/tags/uspol" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>uspol</span></a> <a href="https://mas.to/tags/NYC" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>NYC</span></a> <a href="https://mas.to/tags/Mamdani" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Mamdani</span></a> <a href="https://mas.to/tags/fusionVoting" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>fusionVoting</span></a></p>
ProRep Coalition<p>Thanks Elon but we're good on billionaire and authoritarian parties. swtyndall.notwhatwethinkGood follow on to the previous post about why the GOP wins elections even though their policies are not popular with most voters. This makes the case that we need to change our political system and voting laws to get rid of the lock that the 2 party system has on our elections. It also talks about how New Jersey is trying to do that, in spite of opposition for democrats and republicans, by adopting Fusion Voting. Well worth reading!!!
