Grammargeddon Angel<p>Black Magic cake is <a href="https://zirk.us/tags/baking" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>baking</span></a> right now, two 9 inch pans lined with parchment, buttered and floured. </p><p>When those come out, I'll drizzle them with <a href="https://zirk.us/tags/Cointreau" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Cointreau</span></a> and then leave them to cool in the pans for 10 or 15 minutes. Then, turn them out onto racks to cool completely. </p><p>If I'm still in the mood, I'll make the orange curd (blood oranges) and let that cool as well. </p><p>Tomorrow, I think, will be assembling the cake and making the <a href="https://zirk.us/tags/ganache" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>ganache</span></a>.</p><p>Remember those candied blood oranges?
