The Heard and McDonald Islands will no longer take advantage of America. As of today a 10% reciprocal tariff on products from the volcanic territory between Madagascar and Antarctica is in effect. I know that American companies will now take over that market. Factories will be built. Jobs will be filled by Americans not illegal criminals who eat the cats and dogs. Isn’t America great yet? #inflation #maga #1stFelon #America #USA

People throw the word #genius around because they do not know what the qualifications are.

Geniuses are few and rare as rocks in horse manure. Off the top of my head I can only think of von Neuman and Curie. But some #siliconvalley executive?

The amount of narcissism, sycophancy, spiritual co-opting, grifting and golden calf worshipping that goes on in those circles is so far from genius that it makes the intellect curdle.

#SteveJobs was no genius
and #ElonMusk is a moron.

#stable : the quality of something that is reliable, safe, resilient, and delivers on its promises consistently.

#genius: the ability to think better outcomes, and solve complex problems to a demonstrable satisfactory resolution.

#america has neither. It has a squealing piggy on an adderall binge, that’s just a lapdog to a greater evil.

New publication "What Intelligence and Genius Actually Are" in the Taj Mahal Review: An International Literary Journal.

For those interested in the big questions such as what is life, this brief essay gives straight answers on the characteristics of life that AI can never have. For this moment I take off my academic hat and speak from direct experience. What intelligence and genius actually are is completely different from what is usually discussed, but this explanation should make perfect sense. I received personal guidance from Alan Watts, who helped transmit Zen Buddhism to the West without contradicting science. This essay fits in his lineage and is my utmost legacy of intuitive insights.

I feel seen!!! My parents, both scientists, didn't like that I spent so much time on painting and photography. The small amount of time I spent on STEM allowed me to learn computer electronics, electrical engineering and physics by the time I turned a teen. I learned them all well enough to get straight As in college without studying. I aced my first college astronomy course in 6th or 7th grade.

I feel sympathy for him.

@haligonia This is the stupidest bullshit ever. Lets buy a self funding bridge commission that is going to have to build a brand new freaking bridge in 5-10 years. All while adding it to the public debt. All the while complaining we all have to make "tough financial decisions".🙄 #genius /s

I can guarantee this will be a financial boondoggle we will all learn to regret.
