Die Übertragung erfolgt via IP über 1.23MHz breite WCDMA Kanäle auf den Frequenzen UE->Sat 1.6138... 1.61825GHz und SAT->UE 2.4835... 2.5GHz mit Datenraten bis zu 256kBit (komplett, pro Sat). Globalstar hat 85% seiner Kapazität für Apple reserviert und momentan aktive 48 Sat's.
