I went from an intermittent yoga practice to an everyday yoga practice doing a Yoga With Adriene 30 day yoga journey. I did the 30 days and kept on going. This year's theme is flow! 'cause I ran into something that is different from when I learned it.</p><p>The way I learned it, a closed interval is recorded as [a, b], and an open interval is ]a,b[.
