Think of this as the first character that is being introduced, I suppose. Using the same image as the introduction post since she's the only actual character with art...

Jasper Ive or iPhone 3G/3GS-tan was the first of the first as it was said on the introduction post, but this is sort of more about her. In her original renderation she was meant to be a snarky character who fought in the "Smartphone patent wars" but miscommunication during a RP lead to her becoming well... a not so good character. The miscommunication? Tacos. Yeah, tacos. There was a time where I tried tio put my own dislikes into my own character but I guess that led to her becoming a not so good character.

In her current state, she's a humble person excluding during the Smartphone patent wars. While she was indeed a force to be reckoned with during the war, she retained her humility in other aspects of her life. Beyond the battlefield of the Smartphone patent wars, Jasper embraced a more introspective and reflective side. She found solace in moments of quiet contemplation, often taking time to appreciate the beauty of the world. She also dabbled a bit into jailbreak, as much to her faction's dismay.

Most of her outfits typically consist of blacks and purples or blacks and light blue and due to a screw-up when creating Jasper Ive, I used purple instead of blue because of how the original iPhone had the codename of "Purple", hence her eyes and some of her clothes being purple.

Jasper has a gauntlet that grants her the ability to access the spotlight search powers of iPhone OS 3-tan and the App Store features of iPhone OS 2-tan. Her gauntlet, made of high-strength aluminium, is not only durable but also houses a holographic keyboard and an iPhone slot for convenience. While she possesses formidable combat skills and this guantlet, she prefers to use her trusty pistol, relying on her agility and resourcefulness in battles.

Despite being sisters, iPhone 3G/3GS-tan and iPhone 4/4s-tan initially had a strained relationship. The main point of conflict between them was the flaws found in the iPhone 4. The "antennagate" issue, which caused signal loss when the phone was held in a specific way, became a frequent subject of snarky comments from iPhone 3G/3GS-tan directed towards iPhone 4/4s-tan's "faulty antenna." This is not the case anymore as they respect each other's existences and flaws.

Alexandria Bay panorama

(Strictly speaking this isn’t a dogwalking shot, since the only access to this beach is through Noosa National Park where dogs are strictly forbidden, however it’s just around the point from the Sunshine Beach dog beach of which I have far too many shots, so here’s a slightly different one. It’s a stitched iPhone 3GS pic, be nice.)

Tiiiiiny green tree frog

These shots took a lot of effort in post to rescue something vaguely worth posting, since they were shot in low light on an iPhone 3GS (and with the usual handicap of two dogs on the leash). However I thought the frog was so cute is was worth a post. In the first shot is my usual measuring stick, the ISO Standard Left Leg. The frog appears to be about 1,000 little millitoes long.

I'll pull these two out from the previous CW, as I don't think either is in any way affronting. If you want to see the two equivalent animals (another #mollusc, and #cnidarian) see the previous post.
Here's an amended description:
The first image is the beautiful radial skeleton of the Blue Button, or Porpita porpita, a colony organism (when alive), made up of cooperating hydroids. It drifts in the surface waters, using its stinging tentacles to capture small copepods, but will also hunt crabs and fish.
Next is a mollusc, which preys on the former, amongst other things.
It’s the beautiful violet sea snail, Janthina janthina, a free-floating snail that uses a raft of bubbles to keep it on the sea’s surface where it preys on hydrozoa. (Unlike the first, this was taken back home with my D700, not the iPhone3GS).
