#mayday #today is starting off both good n bad.

For the good, even though it is very windy and expected to get much winder with the approaching rain storm, it appears to be breaking up the clouds overhead to allow the morning sun to sporadically shine very brightly through my window. One very pleasant surprise that I'm striving to take full advantage of. 👍🤗

The bad part is, as I sit here sipping my morning coffee and soaking up this unexpected but much appreciated sunshine, I can see out in the road, that some little furry creature tried to cross the road last night and didn't make it to the other side.🥴😪

Can't see from here who nor what it is. Only that it is a poor little furry thing and just hoping it's not one of my friends that I sit n chat with on my warm, sunny restbits under my Pin-oak tree. So the thought of that alone makes it difficult to go out n "check it out" and properly "handle it".🥴
