So this is the whole picture, minus the parts I cut of. Still measures 62x32 cm, took a day to paint. I like the snow covered mountains, the greenish parts and the sky I don't like so much. tried to do a large #watercolour painting, the parts which worked were the ones which I planned, the things I could have thought of better were the ones which ended up a mess. #watercolor is unforgiving, but sometimes with beautiful accidents. Lesson learned: first plan your pallet and test it vs going along ending up with undefined green mud. Also practising my washes for a better sky is something I plan to invest in. #aquarel #switzerland #jungfrauregion
