Alison Wilder
Does the Zoom LiveTrak L6 work on Debian 12?

In short: yep, it works! If you need a multipurpose, relatively inexpensive interface that works on Linux (and, I presume, Android, iOS, Mac OS, and Windows) and can serve as a totally awesome little mixer as well, I highly recommend the L6. I've had it for a few months, and it has saved me lots of headaches.

And it's seriously so, so tiny. Is it so complicated that you need to have funds and a big team?
Don't get me wrong, there are great soft out there, but lately, everything looks a bit the same, maybe more refined, but not really innovative either.

Kooda
Anyone on fedi knows of a good, cheap audio interface that works well on linux with reasonable latency for live recording, and lots of inputs?

I’m eyeing the UMC1820 but I wonder if I missed any options. Do the *system* audio monitoring and volume control tools show any audio input on any input channel? Can Audiofuse record audio from *any* input (including an el cheapo microphone hooked to the 3.5 mm jack)? Is it actually set to record from the proper channel?
