Dani Laura (they/she/he)I have been having fun trying other tiles using scaling r = √(1+1/√2) with octagonal arrangement (see previous post <a href="https://mathstodon.xyz/@DaniLaura/114551594417412855" rel="nofollow noopener" translate="no" target="_blank">https://mathstodon.xyz/@DaniLaura/114551594417412855</a> ). Using the curved tile we can see in the pictures, the complete arrangement is rather boring (image 1), but subsets of it, when properly coloured, can produce several kinds of flowers, even with bees!
