In ancient times windows were not that large - because that meant to sit in the cold. Even the handwork - spinning, knitting and such - was done in fairly low light. Like here in the Open Air Museum in Detmold, where I took this shot.
What a beautiful place to visit, the Open-Air-Museum in Grossgmain/Salzburg in Austria. Your heart will always take you back to the place where your roots are.

Did you know that there once were trolley buses in Copenhagen?
Skjoldenæsholm Tram Museum also has collection of old buses worth seeing. The trolley bus is one of my favourites!
Line 24 between Nørreport, Copenhagen, and Jægersborg
No. 5
This is funnily enough my second most viewed photo over at Flickr.
I've published photos from the open-air museum Skjoldenæsholm. We have visited this beautiful tram museum several times, and we are already looking forward to visiting it again this summer.
Tram line no. 5 opened in 1903 and changed into buses in 1972 as the last tram line in Copenhagen.
