Wenn also weder im #Journalismus noch in der politischen Debatte begriffen wird, warum das #Buergergeld / #SGBII nichts mit einer angeblichen "Hängematte" oder einem "Nichtstun" zu tun hat & zugleich die #Agenda2010 massiv den #Rassismus in Deutschland verstärkt hat, muss man zuerst begreifen, dass es sich bei dem Status #Armut um das Zusammenspiel komplizierter Zusammenhänge handelt & dem gegenüber eine Fremdzeichnung des Armutsbetroffenen auf der Ebene des #Othering diese Komplexitaet leugnet

Everybody has the innate tendency to revert to #othering
All it takes is for a person to lose their grounding, lose their sense of security, lose their sense of belonging, to feel left behind.
Present such people with an easy to identify scapegoat and they will cling to it like a life raft.
We need to understand that issues such as #racism, #misogyny, #homophobia, #xenophobia, #transphobia are not the cause of the malaise. They're symptoms.
Treat the disease. The symptoms will follow.

@der_mit_ph @qbi das ist politisch auch so gewollt, denn #Othering ist nötig um das #Feindbild zu erstellen und aufrecht zu erhalten.
Dass #Schutzsuchende auch nur nen recht 'spießiges' Dasein sich wünschen sollte allen klar sein der auch nur 5 Minuten mit jenen geredet hat und diese fragte, was diese sich wünschten.
