Doesn't seem to be a way, as yet, of pulling it from a <a href="https://mastodon.world/tags/Giphy" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Giphy</a> style interface like MuskyTwtr. I just started using <a href="https://mastodon.world/tags/Metatext" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Metatext</a> instead of the <a href="https://mastodon.world/tags/Mastodon" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Mastodon</a> iOS app and that also supports locally stored GIFs, like this one I made a while back! It’s better than nuffin. I’ll have a word with the devs.
