skua<p>Got relatives?</p><p>I'm doing homemade medical experiments on mine.</p><p>Supplements.<br>Was using dried aromatic herbs to get polyphenols. Then I read the article below which has fresh oregano with some &gt;200 times more polyphenols than dried oregano.
