This is nothing new.</p><p>For 20+ years David Gatward-Ferguson has been one of the worst employers in the district. He's aggressive towards staff and has trouble keeping good people.</p><p>I'm personally aware of at least 3 former female staff who have accused David G-F of inappropriate behaviour.
