Bill (PlinyTheOlder)<p>Today’s the summer solstice, and the start of Cancer season. </p><p>Every astrological sign is associated with one tarot card from the Major Arcana, and three tarot cards from the Minor Arcana.</p><p>The first third of Cancer is governed by the Two of Cups, a card of deep friendship and love. One of my favorite renditions is this one from Isabella Rotman’s This Might Hurt deck.</p><p>I’m starting to journal for reasons, and I want to integrate tarot so it becomes fun to maintain, even when I’m busy. I soft launched last week, but I’m officially beginning today.</p><p>This morning I pulled three cards: a lesson for me to learn about the year ahead (summer solstice to next summer solstice), a lesson for Cancer season, and a lesson for today.</p><p>The card in the “lesson for today” position was this Two of Cups.</p><p>I’m finding a lot of friendship and connection here, so I thought receiving the Two of Cups on this day seems right somehow.</p><p><a href="https://sfba.social/tags/QueerTarot" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>QueerTarot</span></a></p>
